This one day shoot was co-directed on a stage by Charles Khoury and myself. I shot all the actors, vehicles, weapons, gear, and paraphernalia in a sleek, action-packed fashion. Charles shot at high speeds to capture all the slow-motion epicness of explosions and actual weapons fire including a submachine gun, pump shotgun, and assault rifle.

A minimal and haunting title reveal sets the stage for Stephen Bocho and Eric Lodal's TNT show Murder in the First. The show follows two homicide detectives and dissects a single murder case each season from the committing of the crime through the investigation, arrest, and trial. We created the title sequence as well as the branding collateral for the show.

Director Michael Bay approached Imaginary Forces to create a fresh new look for the titles of his fourth Transformers film. I co-led a design, animation, and vis-dev team with fellow director Charles Khoury in a in-depth visual, narrative, and typographic exploration to evolve the iconic brand. We collaborated with Bay studios and ILM to achieve the final result — an elegant and sophisticated title reveal that subtly echoed the classic sci-fi genre.

Pharmaceutical demo for Xeljanz, an anti-arthritic medication. This was a challenging project as the brief specified for us to create a slick and modern design while adhering to strict medical accuracy in demonstrating the drug's functionality. Our process included thoroughly educating ourselves about the medical and biochemical facets of arthritis as well as the theory and science behind the drug. We were pleased that a radical design was approved for a traditionally conservative market.

"This project draws inspiration from the historic Ricardo Montalbán Theater in Hollywood, home of the Cinema Tuesdays screening series sponsored by Nike Sportswear and curated by Flux. The weekly series features innovative motion pictures as well as unique live events. In the design, we chose to explore the concept of nesting, presenting vignettes of art installations, filmmaking, and music in a deconstructed and offbeat way. These layers of art, film, and music all exist inside nested boxes within the theater, revealing all that Cinema Tuesdays has to offer. The whimsical, lullaby-esque music composed in-house helps complement the dreamlike quality of the piece. The design celebrates the rare and one of a kind event that brings all these art forms together."
